Size Guide

Every Embrace Your Faith piece is made with a unisex cut, so one size chart works for everyone. Our tees and hoodies have a relaxed, comfortable shape: a little roomier through the shoulders and longer in the body than a fitted style. Use the guide below to find the size that feels right for you.

The Quickest Way to Find Your Size

Grab a t-shirt you already love wearing and lay it flat. Measure straight across the chest, from armpit to armpit. That number is your chest width. Find the closest match in the table below and you have your size.

Garment Measurements (Tees)

These are measurements of the shirt itself, taken with the garment laid flat.

Size Chest Width Length
in cm in cm
S 18 45.7 28 71.1
M 20 50.8 29 73.7
L 22 55.9 30 76.2
XL 24 61 31 78.7
2XL 26 66 32 81.3
3XL 28 71.1 33 83.8
4XL 30 76.2 34 86.4
5XL 32 81.3 35 88.9
  • Chest Width: straight across the front, 1 inch (2.5 cm) below the armpits, seam to seam.
  • Length: from the highest point of the shoulder, next to the collar, down to the bottom hem.
  • Long sleeves: sleeve length is measured from the center back of the neck, over the shoulder, to the end of the cuff.

Small-Fit Sizes (3XS, 2XS, XS)

Our smallest sizes use a shorter, compact cut designed for smaller frames and teens. Because the cut is different, these sizes don't follow straight on from the main chart above: XS, for example, is roomier across the chest than S but noticeably shorter in the body. Use this table on its own when choosing one of these sizes.

Size Similar To Chest Width (flat) Length Fits Body Chest

XS Youth XL 20 50.8 26.5 67.3 36–38 91–97

Not every design comes in every size, so check the size options on the product page.

How to Measure Yourself

Use a soft measuring tape over light clothing. Keep it snug against the body, not tight, and stand relaxed.

  • Chest: wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms, keeping it level all the way round.
  • Waist: measure around your natural waist, the narrowest point, usually just above the belly button.

Fit Tips

  • Tees: our classic unisex tees fit true to size with a relaxed shape. If you usually shop women's sizes or simply prefer a closer, less boxy look, try going down one size.
  • Hoodies & sweatshirts: these are cut generously so you can layer underneath. Choose your usual size for a comfortable fit, or go up one size for an oversized, streetwear feel.
  • In between sizes? Size down for a neater fit or size up for a looser, more relaxed one.
  • Taller or broader shoulders? Moving up a size gives you extra length and room across the shoulders.

Shopping for a Teen?

Our small-fit sizes (3XS, 2XS and XS) work well for teens and smaller frames. As a rough guide, 3XS is similar to a Youth M, 2XS to a Youth L and XS to a Youth XL. Moving up to S and above gives more length and a broader shoulder cut, which suits taller teens or anyone wanting a more grown-up fit. If in doubt, measure a tee that fits them well and compare it with the charts above.

Will It Shrink?

Most of our garments are pre-shrunk, but cotton-rich pieces can still shrink slightly (mostly in length) after the first hot wash and tumble dry. To keep your fit, wash cold and hang to dry. See our Care Guide for more.
